HOUSEBUILDER RAISES OVER £63,000 FOR UK INCLUSIVITY CHARITY BASED IN THE NORTH EAST.

Barratt and David Wilson Homes North East has completed a year of fundraising for their 2025/26 Charity of the Year, #AllForJoe, raising an extraordinary £63,958 to support the charity’s efforts.

These fundraising efforts will directly support #AllForJoe to continue to promote inclusion and give financial support to enable disabled people to participate in able-bodied sports and arts groups.

The total raised by staff includes matched funding by The Barratt Redrow Foundation, further boosting the support for #AllForJoe and its services across the region.

We are absolutely amazed at the phenominal support and amount of money raised by the team at Barratt and David Wilson Homes and we are immeasurably grateful for their networking which has enabled us to reach wider audiences and spread our important message. We aim to improve inclusion and support individuals with disabilities to reach their dreams, after all, what is life without a dream? 

The team at Barratt and David Wilson Homes have worked year-round to support #AllforJoe, holding many amazing events. As a small charity, this support is monumental and has enabled us to get off to a flying start awarding over 22 grants. 

We would like to express total gratitude to everyone at Barratt and David Wilson Homes for their hardwork, commitment, kindness and for believing in the ethos of #AllforJoe.

The housebuilder has held multiple events and fundraising efforts for its charity of the year since July 2025. These fundraising campaigns included Christmas events, a pool inflatables session and a Partners Ball which alone raised over £25,000.
